A World of Dreams and Imagination!
Welcome to FlyFF, the romantic RPG where you soar through the skies.
We are pleased to introduce the Rampage update, the 24th update featuring a new Colosseum Difficulty and Time Attack War to offer even better service to our players.
1. Introduction of the Job Jewel System
A new system will be added that allows inserting exclusive jewels into suit (armor costume) equipment items, which is different from the existing jewel system.
When applying the new jewel system, a job-specific prefix will be added, and jewel options will be applied.
While the jewel options themselves are the same as the existing jewel system, if four job-specific prefixes are applied to match your job, you will receive an additional set effect.
[Appearance of job jewel slots added to suit items]
You can expand the job jewel slots up to a maximum of 4 using the Scroll of Job Jewel Expansion or the Scroll of Job Jewel Expansion (Advanced).
Scroll of Job Jewel Expansion can be purchased from Polaris' [Jewel Specialist] Peach for 5,000,000 Penya.
Scroll of Job Jewel Expansion (Advanced) can be purchased from the cash shop.
Job Prefix System
Job jewels applied to equipment will carry a job-related prefix:
Low-grade jewels will apply prefixes for the 4 first-tier jobs.
High-grade jewels will apply prefixes for the 8 second-tier jobs.
Prefix Set Effect
If four identical prefixes matching a specific job are applied, an additional set effect will be activated. Example : if you get 4 Knight prefixes in your armor, you can get
Knight STA +20 / Reflect Damage +10% / Additional Defense Rate +10% / Max HP +10%
If the prefixes do not match your current job, the set effect will not activate, and only the jewel option itself will apply.
Example: If a Jester job equips four Knight prefixes, the Knight set effect will not activate.
If you apply prefixes that match both your main and lower-tier jobs, the lower-tier prefix set effect will be applied.
Example: If a Knight job equips 2 Knight jewels and 2 Mercenary jewels, the Mercenary set effect will apply.
Even if the prefixes do not match, the jewel options themselves will still apply.
If multiple identical options are applied, they will stack to become even stronger.
Example: If a Knight equips jewels with the Jester prefix and the jewel option is Strength +1,the Jester prefix effect will not activate, but the Strength +1 option will still apply.
Set Options Obtainable via Prefixes
Details about prefixes and their set effects can be seen in-game.
Probability of Prefix Application by Jewel
Prefixes are determined based on the probabilities below, with additional options applied afterward. The options for prefixes will be applied equally at a 1/11 probability.

How to Expand Job Jewel Slots
To use job jewels, you must expand the jewel slots using the Scroll of Job Jewel Expansion or the Scroll of Job Jewel Expansion (Advanced).
You can attempt expansion yourself or visit [Refinement Specialist] Bobochan in Polaris for safe refinement.
Jewel slot expansion has a chance of failure. To prevent item destruction, you can use the Scroll of Slot Expansion Protection or register for safe refinement.
How to Assign and Remove Job Jewel Options
You can assign or remove job jewel options via [Jewel Specialist] Peach in Polaris.
Assigning jewel options has a 90% success rate.
To remove job jewel options, you must use the Scroll of Jewel Removal, which removes only the most recently assigned option.
The Scroll of Slot Expansion Protection and Scroll of Jewel Removal can be purchased from the cash shop or obtained through special events.
How to Obtain Job Jewels
Job jewels can be exchanged via rewards from the new Rampage Colosseum and Time Attack War.
Jewels can also be exchanged using Broken Job Jewels and Colored Job Crystals:
Broken Jewels can be obtained as rewards from the Awakening Colosseum and Time Attack War, as well as through events.
Colored Job Crystals can be obtained by opening boxes acquired in the Time Attack War. Using these items grants one of three crystals: Red, Green, or Yellow.
By bringing a certain number of Broken Job Jewels or Colored Job Crystals to the Time Attack War Exchange NPC, you can exchange them for intact jewels.
2. Inventory Expansion
The General Inventory, Pet Inventory, and Costume Inventory will be expanded, allowing players to carry more items.
3. New Item-Soul-Linking System for Consumables
A new system will allow you to change the Soul-Linked attribute of certain consumable items.
Previously, identical items could not stack due to their binding state, but this system allows such items to stack, helping you manage your inventory more efficiently.
How to Use the Soul-Linked attribute Change Feature:
Click the lock button in the bottom-right corner of the inventory.
Register the consumable item in the Binding State Change window and click Change Soul-Linked State.
Caution:
Once items are changed to a bound state, they cannot be reverted.
This system applies only to certain consumable items, not all in-game items.
Items changed to a bound state may not stack depending on the game system.
4. Rampage Colosseum Difficulty and Rewards
A new Rampage Difficulty for the Colosseum has been added, available to characters level 160 and above.
The monsters in this mode are extremely powerful, requiring team effort to defeat.
