There will be a temporary delay in the responses for the Customer Support via the ticket system during the Korean Lunar New Year holidays from January 31 to February 2 2022.
Customer Support that require the intervention of the development team such as, but not limited to, player reports, item purchase issues, top-up issues, etc. will all be dealt after the normal office hours resumes on February 3 on Korean standard time.
