We have conducted a preliminary investigation regarding the bugged AProtect Bundle (100) + LuckyBox that was sold last week.
After the preliminary investigation we have decided to ban the accounts in following category for abusing the bugged item:
Players who have purchased more than 2 times of the bugged AProtect Bundle (100) + LuckyBox.
Bora ID with the same IP as those who have purchased more than 2 times.
For those who have only purchased the bugged AProtect Bundle (100) + LuckyBox 1 time, we will be deleting the abnormally obtained AProtect items from the inventory.
We will be conducting additional investigations to track those who have abnormally obtained, sold, used other abusion of the bugged item and will conduct additional blocks if those accounts have abused.
In order to protect your account from getting banned from a false accusation, we recommend deleting the abnormally obtained items to the trash can in your inventory.
We will be posting follow-up results for additional investigations and promise to make the process as transparent as possible.
